В столичной Общественной наблюдательной комиссии (ОНК) узнали, что в московском следственном изоляторе "Матросская тишина" по соседству с корпусом, где заключенные живут в невыносимых антисанитарных условиях, находятся "VIP-камеры", включая одну люксовую. Правозащитники сами увидели оборудованные особым образом помещения во время проверки СИЗО. После того как информация о камерах "для особо важных персон" попала в прессу, ей заинтересовались в Федеральной службе исполнения наказаний (ФСИН).

О результатах проверки в "Матросской тишине" рассказала "Московскому комсомольцу" член столичной ОНК Ева Меркачева. Опубликованный в газете материал правзащитница попросила считать обращением к директору ФСИН России Геннадию Корниенко с требованием разобраться в условиях содержания заключенных в этом СИЗО.

По данным Меркачевой, в "Матросской тишине" наряду с корпусом, "где заключенные живут хуже, чем бомжи в подвале", где "антисанитария, жуткая теснота, духота" и "люди спят на бетонном полу", есть корпус, где "открылись вип-камеры", которые "мало чем отличаются от стандартных номеров в отеле".

Особое внимание сотрудница московской ОНК обратила на камеру под номером 275. "На пороге люксовой камеры 275 автоматически хочется разуться, чтобы, не дай Бог, не наследить. Размером почти на всю стену телевизор, стильный подвесной унитаз, элегантные полочки-крючечки", - описывает увиденное правозащитница.

"Тут можно футбол гонять! Два больших окна. На стене огромный телевизор, рядом модный пульт. Шикарный холодильник "Индезит" забит деликатесами. Кровати (две совершенно пустые) застелены белоснежным бельем. Кругом красивые полочки для удобства. (…) Туалет с включающейся вытяжкой, с подвесным унитазом (стоит от 30 до 50 тысяч рублей), с красивым шкафчиком. Такой туалет я видела только в отелях не ниже уровня "четырех звезд", - поделилась Меркачева своими наблюдениями.

По ее информации, в камере N275 содержится обвиняемый в мошенничестве Дионисий Золотов. "Но не за красивые глаза и бархатный голос ему досталась лучшая на сегодняшний день камера не только в "Матросской тишине", но и вообще на всех СИЗО Руси-матушки. А тогда - за что?!" - задается вопросом автор статьи.

Правозащитникам не удалось пообщаться с самим Золотовым во время проверки, поскольку перед их приходом он написал заявление на имя начальника СИЗО с просьбой оградить его от общения с членами ОНК "в связи с личной неприязнью". "И за минуту до того, как мы поднялись на вип-этаж, Золотова вывели в спортзал (в других корпусах люди месяцами ждут очереди, чтобы попасть туда)", - отмечает Меркачева.
