В Москве второй раз с начала года наблюдается сбой в системе GPS. 9 января пользовательница Facebook Ольга Алексеева выложила скриншот приложения "Яндекс. Навигатор", на котором видно, что программа отправила ее в Индийский океан. "Сегодня на работу я буду ехать очень долго", - шутит она.
Москвичи жаловались на сбои в геопозиционировании и 6 января. Проблема возникла у пользователей карт "Яндекса", Apple и Google, а также сервисов такси и каршеринга. Сервисы перемещали их по нулевым координатам в Гвинейский залив в Атлантическом океане, сообщал портал VC.ru.
В результате сбоя пользователи такси-сервисов получали счета на сотни тысяч рублей и предложения поехать в Узбекистан, отмечает Life. В "Яндекс.Такси" подтвердили, что фиксировали единичные случаи завышения стоимости поездок, с которыми разбирались в индивидуальном порядке.
"С большой уверенностью можно сказать, что ошибки в геопозиционировании происходят вне инфраструктуры интернет-сервисов. Все такие сервисы получают уже готовую ошибочную координату от устройства, а не декодируют сигнал от спутника напрямую", - пояснили в компании. Пресс-секретарь "Яндекс.Такси" Владимир Исаев отметил в беседе в радиостанцией "Говорит Москва", что сбой 6 января влиял на все сервисы, связанные с геолокацией - "от фитнес-браслетов до навигации и картографии".
Сервис каршеринга BelkaCar также предупреждал клиентов о нестабильном GPS-сигнале в центральных районах Москвы, который может "отбросить автомобиль в Румынию, а вас оставить в Москве", а клиенту ошибочно могут назначить дополнительную плату.
Москвичи сталкиваются с проблемами в работе GPS в центре столицы и в частности возле Кремля с середины 2016 года. Обычно их местоположение менялось на координаты аэропортов. В "Яндекс.Такси" говорили, что научились исправлять неполадки с помощью отключения GPS при резком изменении координат. Последний крупный сбой геолокации в Москве случился в декабре. Тогда сервисы такси массово отправляли водителей из центра города в аэропорты.
В октябре 2016 года программист и сотрудник "Яндекса" Григорий Бакунов опубликовал собственное исследование причин сбоев в центре Москвы, предположив, что на территории Кремля находится мощный стационарный или передвижной передатчик, подменяющий GPS. По одной из версий Бакунова, это делается для борьбы с дронами, полет которых над Кремлем запрещен.
Пресс-секретарь президента России Дмитрий Песков, отвечая на вопросы журналистов о сбоях GPS в районе Кремля, говорил, что ему ничего об этом неизвестно, и предлагал обращаться в Минкомсвязи и ФСО. В декабре 2017 года журналисты снова спросили Пескова о "глушилках" в Кремле. Пресс-секретарь повторил, что ничего об этом не знает, и посоветовал адресовать вопрос спецслужбам.
